  • Name3.No development shall take place until a landscape scheme detailing both soft and hard landscaping and biodiversity works has been submitted for the written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall include; a) Fully annotated planting plans, showing locations of individual planted semi mature trees, shrubs and hedging. Other information shall include planting schedules, noting species, plant sizes and proposed numbers and densities, method of cultivation and details of the proposed planting implementation programme; b) Surfacing treatment of the internal access road and vehicle turning area and c) A 5 year aftercare for the landscape management and maintenance, which shall provide a replacement tree of the same species and size as that originally planted within a period of 5 years from its date of planting which in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority becomes defective, is destroyed, dies or becomes seriously damaged. The approved details shall be implemented in full no later than the end of the first planting season available after the development hereby permitted being bought into first use or has been substantially completed. 4. No development shall take place until details of the materials to be used in the external surface of the entrance gate and walls have been submitted to the Local Planning Authority in writing for approval. The development shall thereafter be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.
